I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of my Cousin Moonie. I remember when we went to New Orleans in 2005, she invited us into her home to stay for the night and made us feel so welcomed. Since that time if she would hear of a storm coming through North Carolina, she would always call and say "how y'all doing down there". I will truly miss her meek and quiet spirit. She reminds me of our Grandma Lou (Moonie's father and my mother were brother and sister). Now the God of peace be with you all, Rom. 15:33. Praying for the family Cousins Jerry & Barbara Harris Saratoga, NC

Condolences to my extended family.
My sister Harrietta E Parker. My husband Robert Artis always called her grandma, because she remind him so much of their father's mother. I will remember my visits to New OrIeans the Family Reunion and sharing with the family. I will miss her lovely smile, her sweet spirit. I surely miss her Phone calls.
Love, Peace And God Bless.
Love Always Sister In-law Josephine Artis.
