Services for Wanda Alberta French will be at 10AM, Friday, May 6, 2022 at Vick Baptist Church, Vick, LA with Bro. Arlie Rowley and Bro. Haley Smith officiating. Visitation will be from 5PM until 9PM, Thursday, May 5th and from 8AM until time of service at 10AM, Friday, May 6th at the church. Interment will be at Vick Baptist Cemetery, Vick, LA under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria.

Mrs. Wanda Alberta French was born in 1931 in Kennett, MO and passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022 at the age of 90. Mrs. French was of the Pentecostal faith and loved her friends and family. She lovingly raised 9 children. Her greatest desire was for her children and grandchildren to serve the Lord.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Nettie Williams; father, Zach Davis; husband, Billy Wayne French; son, Ricky French; and daughter, Joann French Earls.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, David French ( Gin) of Kennett, MO, Mike French ( Virginia) of Dry Prong, LA, Stephen French (Yona) of Salus, AK, Timothy French (Sheila) of Vick and Randy French (Jane) of Dry Prong; 2 daughters, Brenda Tyler (Al) of Deville and Linda Bordelon (Timmy) of Larto; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
