Obituary for Sue Ingles
Services for Bonnie Sue Ingles will be at 11AM, Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Hurricane Grove Baptist Church, Sikes, LA with Rev. Mike Green and Rev. Dennis Baker officiating. Visitation will be from 5PM until 8PM, Tuesday, May 26th and from 10AM until time of service at 11AM, Wednesday, May 27th at the church. Interment will be at Hurricane Grove Cemetery, Sikes, LA under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria.
Bonnie Sue Ingles, 79, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 at her home. Let me tell you a little about Sue Ingles. Back in the days when her health was good there wasn't a thing she couldn't do. She was the best mother, grandmother, mother in law, friend and neighbor anyone could ask for. She could break down a bus tire and change it better than any man. Change the oil, check the radiator and change a battery. She kept a huge garden and kelp us in it! She loved her tractor and Bush hogged everything she could. She helped countless neighbors and friends and if she couldn't do it, she got Wallace to. She was always feeding a neighbor. No one went hungry! She had cathead biscuits and coffee every morning! And oh how she loved a garage sale! In her later years when walking was so hard for her, she never gave up or in! She was the strongest and most headstrong woman I've known. Oh and I can't leave out BINGO!! She loved her buddies at the eating place and Tuesday bingo!!She loved her family and her family loved her! Life will never be the same!! Love you Sue Ingles!
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Ingles; son, Wayne Ingles; parents, Wayne Crain and Vina McCarty Crain; and step-dad, Curt Sanders.
Those left to cherish her memory include her 2 sons, Jerry Ingles (Kim) and Mike Ingles (Donna); 1 daughter-n-law, Ranee Ingles; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and a host of friends and family.
Pallbearers will be Curt Ingles, Clay Ingles, Jake Ingles, Craig Ingles, Chandler Jordan and Chase Jordan. Honorary pallbearers will be Cole Ingles and Cole Martin.
