Obituary for Robert Lee Bordelon
Graveside services for Robert Lee Bordelon will be at 3PM, Friday, March 3, 2023 at Pease Cemetery, Larto, LA with Bro. Dennis Baker officiating under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria.
Robert Lee Bordelon, 60, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. Robert was a lover of life with a huge personality! He was the life of the party and the definition of a good time. If he was around, laughter was guaranteed. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, music, and “slinging them 72s”. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Robert touched the hearts of all that knew him. We know the angels in Heaven are singing and definitely laughing with him today.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Mary Bordelon; sisters, Mary Gene Keith, Margaret Ann Bordelon and Bee Bee Bordelon; brothers, Eugene Bordelon Jr. and Randy Gene Bordelon.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Brett, Beth and husband Cody, Rylee and wife Taylor and Seth; fiancé, Tammy Cannon; brother, O.A. Bordelon and wife Louise; sisters, Linda Kirkham and husband Jeff and Rosa Bordelon Rainey and husband Barry; grandchildren, Baylee, Kaden, Lyam, Jaylee and Willow; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Nathan McBroom, Trent Bordelon, Brett Bordelon, Josh Bordelon, Shawn Kirkham and Rylee Bordelon. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Kirkham, Wesley Bordelon, Kyle Romero and Caleb Brown.
