Obituary for Randy James Bordelon
Celebration of Life and scattering of ashes for Randy James Bordelon will be at 10:30 AM, June 3, 2023 at 2679 Highway 1192 (Blue Town Road) Marksville, LA, with Pastor Ken Gilmore officiating.
Randy James Bordelon, 68, of Pineville, LA, passed away May 5, 2023 at his home. He was an avid outdoorsmen Squirrel and Duck Hunting with his son. He also loved to Fish using spinnerbaits and other artificial bait. During Football Season Randy wouldn't miss an LSU Game and any of the College Teams. He said College players played with Heart and for the love of the game. When it came to the NFL Randy was a die hard Steelers Fan started being a fan of the Steelers during the days of Terry Bradshaw. He was also a Diehard Saints Fan from Archie Manning through Drew Brees. This upcoming Football season won't be the same in my house, it will be quieter. Our Granddaughter Kaleigh was the light of his eyes and taught her to play T-ball, Softball, Flag Football and Basketball. She was his world.....he will be greatly missed
He was preceded in death by his father, Archie Bordelon.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 49 years, Melanie M. Bordelon of Pineville; his son, David J. Bordelon of Pineville; granddaughter, Kaleigh M. Bordelon of Pineville; mother, Beryline (Beryl) Bordelon of Marksville; brother, Terrel P. Bordelon (Jackie) of LaPlace; sister in law, Kitty (Katharine) Lassiter (Duane) of Mandeville; sister in law Nora M. Kovach (Jim) of San Rafael, CA as well as many nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
