Obituary for Nona Viviano (Randall)
Nona Gayle Randall (Craven) Viviano, age 69, died Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Rapides Regional Medical Center. She was a resident of Mansura, Louisiana.
Nona was born on May 2, 1950 in Beaumont, Texas to Cecil Delaney Randall and Jimmie Gertrude Henson, and was one of eleven children. Her family moved to Louisiana when she was 15 years old. She attended Dry Prong High School in Dry Prong, Louisiana and shortly thereafter married Larry Clifford Craven (deceased) of Ball in 1968, and they had 2 children (Tami and Steven). Later she divorced and married James Robert Viviano of Alexandria (deceased) in 1992.
Her mother (Jimmie) was contacted by Jehovah’s Witnesses when she was 12 years old, and later she was baptized at the age of 23. She went on to raise her children as Jehovah’s Witnesses, and influenced both husbands to be baptized as well. She was mostly a homemaker for her husband and children while they were young. And she had many talents. But she was well known and admired for being a very skilled and gifted seamstress.
She is preceded in death by her father, Cecil Delaney Randall (1973); mother, Jimmie Gertrude Henson (2012); husband, Larry Clifford Craven (2011); husband, James Robert Viviano (2018); sister, Lottie Marie Randall Carr (2009); brother, Cecil Lee Randall (2018), and brother, Bobby Ray Randall (2019).
Those left to cherish her memory are her children; daughter, Tami Craven Moreau (husband Glenn) of Mansura, Louisiana; son, L Steven Craven (wife Jackie) of Ball, Louisiana; grandchildren, Taylor, Tanner, Glenn Jr, Bailey, Matthew, and Josie; great-grandchildren, Sophia, Karter, and Kayden; siblings, Fey Lin Randall Hall (Lincoln, Arkansas), David Randall (Verda, Louisiana), Roy Randall (Burns, Wyoming), Terry Randall (Mineral Wells, Texas), Kim Randall (Graford, Texas), Melvin Randall (St Cloud, Florida), Norman Randall (Cheyenne, Wyoming); and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her. She will be most remembered for her strong faith along with her smile, humor, and contagious laughter.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 292 Gum Ridge Rd, Marksville, Louisiana at 11:30 am, Saturday, November 23, 2019. The Service will be officiated by Brother Rusty Hayes, and a Celebration of Life/Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Luncheon will be held afterwards in honor of our Mom at another Venue close by. The location will be announced by Brother Hayes.
