Services for Murtice Marie Jordan will be at 11AM, Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Trout, LA with Bro. Joel Johnson, Bro. Todd Norris and Bro. Clint Norris officiating. Visitation will be from 5PM, Wednesday, September 21st until time of service at 11AM, Thursday, September 22nd at the church. Interment will be at Hawthorne Cemetery, Trout, LA under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria. Murtice Marie Jordan, 81, of Trout, LA passed away Monday, September 19, 2022 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wright and Ethel Hudson; son, Eddie Hatfield; and brother, Elton Hudson. Those left to cherish her memory include her grandchildren, Kent Hatfield, Kyle Hatfield, Karla McDowell and Kayla Wilson; daughter-n-law, Eva Mcilwain; step-son, Mike Jordan; step grandchildren, Kim Statham, Krystal Jordan, Harley Jordan and Clint Jordan; 7 great grandchildren; 2 nieces, Deborah Hudson Adair and Norma Hudson Chapman. Pallbearers will be Ricky Cockerham, Jeffery McDowell, Jeremy Wilson, Landon Hatfield, Clint Jordan and Jason Statham. Honorary pallbearers will be Leo Mcilwain and Evan Hatfield.
