Services for Meddie Ainsworth Breithaupt will be at 11AM, Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Whitehall United Pentecostal Church, Jena, LA with Rev. Joey Paul officiating. Visitation will be from 10AM until time of service at 11AM, Wednesday, January 25th at the church. Interment will be at Woodland Cemetery, Jena, LA under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria.

Meddie Ainsworth Breithaupt, 90, of Jena, LA passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Cabrini Hospital. Sister Meddie loved being a member of Whitehall United Pentecostal Church for over 51 years and was faithful in attendance. Her hobbies included artwork and painting, gardening and tending to her African Gray Parrott (Stinker).

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Breithaupt; parents, Lemuel Joseph Ainsworth and Lillie Smith Ainsworth.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Janice Lard from Alexandria, LA, Arlene Breithaupt from Texas City, TX and Wanda Boyd and husband Jimmy from Pineville, LA; sons, Michael Breithaupt and wife Debbie from Pineville, LA and Richard Breithaupt of Jena, LA; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Ted Bradford, Justin Breithaupt, Josh Breithaupt, Matthew Dalme, Jeff Breithaupt and Freddie Wayne Ainsworth.
