Services for Mary Helen Holomon Franklin will be at 2PM, Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Good Road Pentecostal Church, Jonesville, LA with Rev. Chad Franklin officiating. Visitation will be from 10AM until time of service at 2PM, Saturday, April 24th at the church. Interment will be at Heard Cemetery, Manifest, LA under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria. Per the Louisiana Governor's proclamation for Covid-19, we ask everyone to follow the guidelines to wear mask and practice social distancing.
Mary Helen Holomon Franklin, 74, was born April 28, 1946 in Minden, LA and passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Rapides Regional Medical Center. She loved her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Franklin; grandsons, Danny Wright and Joseph Turner; granddaughter, Megan Adams; parents, Arthur Kyle Holomon and Christine Tyra; step dad, Buck Tyra; and brothers, Art Holomon, Buddy Holomon and Bruce Tyra.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, David Holomon and wife Catherine of Stonewall, LA, Becky Adams and Phillip Penton of Monterey, LA, Billy Camp and wife Mindy of Monterey, LA and Missy Punchard and husband Roger of Sicily Island; grandchildren, Blake Holomon, Jody Holomon, Derek Adams, Destiny Bruce, Roger Punchard Jr. and Champ Camp; a host of great grandchildren; special niece and nephews, Donnie Holomon, Sherry, Kyle Holomon; sister-n-law, Nona Stevens; special friends, Pat Stump Marino and Payton Mount; along with many other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Holomon, Donnie Holomon, Jody Holomon, Blake Holomon, Rodney Wiley and Conner Holomon. Honorary pallbearers will be Roger Punchard Jr., Jerry Tanner, Tony Adams and Jimmy Dale Boothe.
