A Rosary for Lorenzo J. Castro will be at 5PM, Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria, LA. Visitation will be from 5PM until time of service at 9PM, Tuesday, January 11th at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Castro; mother, Erlinda Castro; brothers, Wicho, Lazaro and Raymond; sister, Antonia; nephews, Aurtoro Villa and Marshal Villa; father-in-law, Jerry Ducote; Lorenzo’s wife’s grandmothers, Lena Ducote and Della Ducote; and his little fur baby of 19 years, Yogi.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 40 years, Terine Castro of Glenmora; 3 sons, Jeremy Castro from Glenmora, Ronnie Dubroc from Mansura and Lorenzo Castro Jr. from Acuna, Coahuila De Zaragoza, Mexico; 2 granddaughters, Kristen Dubroc of Boyce and her companion Hunter and Karleigh Dubroc of Clarksville, Arkansas and her companion Brennan; 2 great granddaughters, Sawyer and Elianna Rose; mother-in-law, Essie Ducote; sister-in-law, Kathy Ducote; best friend/cousin, Julian Kulick III and his wife Patty Kulick; aunt, Shelia; and the many of his loving family in Mexico and Texas which include cousins, nephews and nieces.
