Obituary for Lester R. Warwick
Funeral services for Lester R. Warwick will be at 12PM, Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Shady Grove Pentecostal Church, Jena, LA, with Rev. Joey Paul, Rev. Curtis Thornton and Robbie Hutchins officiating. Visitation will be from 5PM until 10PM, Friday, February 11th and from 10AM until time of service Saturday, February 12th at the Church. Interment will follow at Pritchard Cemetery, Rhinehart, LA, under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria, LA.
Mr. Warwick, 75, of Nebo, LA, passed away February 10, 2022 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, LA. He was a roughneck in the oilfield.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Martha Sue Pritchard Warwick; brothers, Richard and Clyde Warwick; mother, Emma Ganey Warwick and father, Erastus Warwick.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Bill Warwick; Robert Warwick and wife Dakota; granddaughter, Neveah; grandson, Braylon; sister, Doris Roberts along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Pritchard, Robbie Hutchins, Robert Roberts, Dennis Warwick, Tyler Pritchard and Charlie Savell. Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Warwick, Joey Smith, Johnny Hutchins and Chipper Fisher.
