Obituary for Leland Paul Adams Jr.
Services for Leland Paul Adams Jr. will be at 2PM, Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at First Pentecostal Church of Jonesville with Rev. Bruce Lofton and Rev. Jack Knapp officiating. Visitation will be from 5PM until 10PM, Monday, January 17th and from 12PM until time of service at 2PM, Tuesday, January 18th at the church. Interment will be at Evangeline Baptist Cemetery, Wildsville, LA under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria.
Leland Paul Adams, Jr., 48, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022 at his father’s home. He enjoyed driving tractor, cooking and talking with his children.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Nichols Adams; paternal grandparents, J.W. Adams and Lois Paul Adams; maternal grandparents, Sim Nichols and Bobbie Duck Nichols.
Those left to cherish his memory include his father, Leland Paul Adams Sr.; ex-wife, Heidi Lane Peterson; son, Wesley Paul Adams; daughter, Olivia Nell Adams; aunt, Joy Bryant; great uncle and aunt, Jimmy and Sue Jernigan; and a host of cousins and friends.
