Services for Italy Slider Estep will be at 1PM, Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Leesville, LA, under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria, LA. Visitation will be from 10 AM to 12 PM Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria, LA.
Italy Slider Estep was born on June 8, 1965 to loving parents Lewis Nelson and Gloria June Slider. She graduated from Alexandria Senior High in 1984 and was active in gymnastics and softball. She honorably served this Great Nation in the United States Army. She was a loving and compassionate person who was full of joy and laughter. Italy loved her family, friends, poetry and the arts, and helping others. She was an advocate for equal rights, world peace and the less fortunate. Italy was a great mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. She was a wonderful person who will be deeply and truly missed by many.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Lance Slider.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Clint Estep; parents, Lewis and Gloria Slider; brother, Jack Slider; sister, Angel Ray and grandchild, Blaze Estep; nieces, Mandy Coffey, Shannon Coffey, Taylor Smith, Chancey Slider, Jessica Liles and Sydney Ross; nephew, Johnny Coffey as well as countless other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Jack Slider, Jeff Ray, Malvin Torres, Peter Cephas, Samuel French, Eathon Liles and Issac Lair. Honorary pallbearer will be Clint Estep.
