A Graveside memorial service for Isabelle Gates Treadwell will be at 2PM, Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Mt. Mariah Methodist Church Cemetery, Arcadia, LA with Rev. Jerry Brennen officiating.

Isabelle Gates Treadwell, 29, passed away April 16, 2021 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center. Belle attended Prompt Succor Elementary, Cherokee Elementary, St. Rita Middle School and Grace Christian Academy High School.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Lt.Col. Lawrence Thomas Gates; maternal grandparents, Otto and Idell James Cummings; aunt, Linda Gates Sanders; and uncles, Brian Sanders and Dr. Kenneth Cummings.

Those left to cherish her memory include her father, Dr. James Lawrence Gates; mother, Mona Cummings Gates; brother, James Evan Gates; sister-n-law, Morgana Broussard Gates; paternal grandmother, Theresa Marie Gates; nephews, Oliver Harrison Gates and Warren Michael Gates; niece, Naomi Millicent Gates; uncles, Dr. Thomas Robert Gates and Dr. Charles Emmett Cummings; aunts, Sheryl Stolpa Gates, Jeanne Labouisse Cummings and Brenda Kraak Pettit; God parents, Dr. Robert and Cindy Jeansonne Crotty; and a host of cousins whom she loved with all her heart.
