Services for Helen Ford Boyd will be at 2PM, Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Sandy Lake Pentecostal Church, Jonesville, LA with Bro. Joel Ford, Bro. Claude Chaney, Bro. Daniel Cole and Bro. Rusty Hathcock officiating. Visitation will be from 5PM until 10PM, Wednesday, February 24th and from 10AM until time of service at 2PM, February 25th at the church. Interment will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Rhinehart, LA under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria.
Helen Ford Boyd, 66, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center. She loved being the life of the party. She loved her church, singing and taking care of her family. Most of all she loved her husband Billy.
She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Loretta Arnae Boyd; grandparents, Elekial and Lettie Ford; parents, Thelma and Alton Ford; sisters, Gloria Jean Tomlinson, Alene Tolbert and Pam Ford.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Billy Boyd of Jonesville; daughter, Tracie Charrier and husband Virgil of Nederland, TX; daughter, Tamera Cole and husband Danny of Trout, LA; grandchildren, Brooklyn Delaney and husband Eric of Nederland, TX, Hannah Holomon of Nederland, TX, LCPL Morgan Charrier of Camp LeJeune, NC, William David Cole, Ranen Cole of Trout, LA; great grandchildren, Brilynd, Aryannah, Addalynn, Jasper and Ember Rose; sister, Tammy Renea Smith of Jonesville, LA; sister-n-law, Thelma Creel of Jonesville; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Creel, Tyler Creel, Tray Gray, Jason Tomlinson, Branton Crawford, Rodney Wiley, Jesse Smith and Louie Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be Cleveland Tolbert, Jeff Gray, Kyle Smith and Larry Creel.
