George Wesley Hailey, 48, of Jena, was called home to meet his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, October 6, 2020. He was born on Sunday, May 7, 1972 in Jasper, Texas. He spent most of his childhood and adult life in Jena, LA. George had a love for the oilfield, following in the footsteps of his father Earl, Sr. and his older brother Benny. He held many positions over the years. He began his oilfield career as a Roughneck then worked his way up to Derrickman, Driller, Toolpusher, Directional Driller and Drilling Consultant.
