Services for Dorothy Diane Matthews will be at 10AM, Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at New Life Pentecostal Church, Manifest, LA with Rev. David Poole officiating. Visitation will be from 5PM until 9PM, Tuesday, November 8th and from 8AM until time of service at 10AM, Wednesday, November 9th at the church. Interment will be at Heard Cemetery, Manifest, LA under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria.
Dorothy Diane Matthews, 68, of Jonesville, LA passed away Friday, November 4, 2022 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John H Coleman and Dorothy Mae Coleman
Haper Ann; brothers, Bobby Ray Coleman and John Wayne Coleman; and infant sister, Betty Ann Coleman.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, John S. Matthews; daughters, Pamela Marie Poole and husband Brandel, Felecia Diane Matthews and Rodney; 6 grandchildren, Bill Dayton Lamb Jr., Laiken D. Peavy and husband Andrew, Jaiden Deanne Lamb, Kaidie Marie Poole, Braylie Jordan Poole and Avery Lance Poole; 2 great grandchildren, Ava Diane Lamb and Harper Anne Peavy; 2 brothers, Jack Coleman and wife Reba, Jerry Coleman; 1 sister, Corrine Grantham.
Pallbearers will be Dayton Lamb, Bill Lamb, Stephen Eberwein, Corey Coleman, Kenrich Wright and Marcus Green. Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Grantham and Randy Tullos.
