Services for Derick Ray Poole will be at 2PM, Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Trinity Baptist Church, Jena, LA with Bro. Tim Harrington officiating. Visitation will be from 10AM until time of service at 2PM, Wednesday, February 16th at the church. Interment will be at Randall Cemetery, Aimwell, LA under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria. Derick Ray Poole, 30, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 in Belle Chasse, LA. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Douglas Poole, Linda Poole Rider, Annette Grant Green, OJ Brown, Jimmy D. Hall Sr., Carlton Ford Hall, Rev. Ford Hall and Martha Hall. Those left to cherish his memory include his father, Kevin Poole and step mother, Teresa Poole; mother, Lisa Hall Buchanan and step father, Michael Buchanan; sister, LeeAnn Edwards and brother-n-law, David Edwards; niece, Kynleigh Edwards; twin brother, Grant Poole; fiancé, Ashley Harris and their children, Remington Ray Poole, Aria Nicole Poole and one on the way; step sister, Rachael Blackwell; nephew, Layne Blackwell; aunts, Lisa D. Poole and Kristy Ford; uncles, Kim Poole and Charles Stevens; grandmother, Anna Rollins; step grandmother, Oneida Hall; stepbrother, Michael Crain; step grandmother, Mary Poole; and a host of cousins, aunts and uncles. Pallbearers will be Gregory Hay, Cody Glenn, Glenn Lemonie, Tim Bynog, Dusty Poole and Colton Weaver. Honorary pallbearers will be Bryant Dessell, Ricky Parnell.
