Obituary for Badglee Harris
Services for Badglee Harris will be at 2 PM, Friday, December 16, 2022 at Jonesville Church of God, Jonesville, LA, with Bro. Tim Crooks and Bro. Brad Crooks officiating. Visitation will be at the Church Friday from 11 AM until time of services. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Jonesville, LA, under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria, Louisiana.
Badglee, 94, of Jonesville, LA, passed away December 13, 2022 at home surrounded by family.
She started her nursery, Badge’s Nursery, in her back yard and it has grown into a successful business. She loved to work in her yard, riding her golf cart; loved her grandbabies and sitting on her porch watching people go by. She loved the Lord and her Church family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clifton Harris; parents, Corbett and Mossy Cay; siblings, Gill Cay, Vernita Cay, James Cay, Ed Cay, Clarice Gerald and son in law Ed Rutledge.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Peggy Rutledge; grandson, Kevin Rutledge and wife Stacey; granddaughter, Rhonda Williams and husband Bubba; great grandchildren, Amy Cooksey (Clint), Hannah Lossin (Jacques), Haley Rutledge, Jakin Rutledge (Lindley), Landon Williams (Candy), Cade Williams (Logan), Riley Williams (Hailey) and Tate Williams; 15 great great grandchildren; sister, Avis Evans and husband Jesse and Andy Shulla.
Pallbearers will be Landon Williams, Cade Williams, Riley Williams, Tate Williams, Jakin Rutledge, and Andy Shulla.
